01

What does cheekky make?

cheekky is a Lagos crochet studio making 16 approved clothing and accessory designs. The collection includes cardigans, sweaters, tops, a bikini set, totes, hats, a scarf, a phone pouch and hair accessories.

02

Are the pieces handmade, and what materials are used?

Yes. Each piece is crocheted by hand in Lagos and made to order. The approved catalogue records cotton yarn; where the exact fibre composition is not recorded, cheekky says so on the product page instead of guessing.

03

How long does production take, and when does it begin?

Garments have a 4–6 week production estimate. Accessories have a 7–15 day estimate. Production is scheduled to begin 48 hours after the actual bank credit is verified. A customer submission or receipt is not payment confirmation.

04

Which sizes are available, and how does sizing work?

Garments use S–XXL, with separate top and bottom selections for the Cove Bikini Set. Pebble and Mosaic Totes use Mini, Everyday and Carryall. Canopy Bucket Hat and Hearth Beanie use S/M and L/XL. Drift Scarf, Seed Phone Pouch and the Bloom hair accessories are One Size. Product pages show the approved measurements that exist for each piece.

05

Can I request a custom size?

Standard catalogue pieces are not customisable. A different size can be requested through the separate Custom & Group Orders enquiry, but it is reviewed for feasibility, timing and scope before any quote is offered. An enquiry is not an accepted order or price.

06

Where does cheekky deliver, and how much is delivery?

Delivery is within Nigeria only, currently covering Lagos and supported Ogun areas. Lagos Mainland and the Sango–Agbara corridor are ₦5,000. Lagos Island and other supported Ogun locations are ₦10,000. The server confirms the delivery zone, fee and final total before payment.

07

How does the waitlist work?

The waitlist records interest when a future production place may be needed. It does not reserve capacity, guarantee approval, lock a price or operate strictly first-in-first-out. If a suitable place is approved, cheekky may send a private, time-limited offer that must be claimed before payment.

08

How do custom orders and quotes work?

Use the Custom & Group Orders form for original designs, coordinated sets, occasions or larger accessory quantities. cheekky reviews the request first. If it is feasible, a private quote states the approved items, price, delivery and timing. Only a verified full payment turns an accepted quote into an order.

09

What happens after payment?

For catalogue checkout, an accepted custom quote or a private waitlist offer: transfer the exact server-confirmed total once to the displayed Access Bank account using its unique payment reference; click ‘I have made the transfer’ and enter the requested sender, transfer and delivery details; wait while a custodian verifies the actual credit; then use the secure order link in the confirmation email. Submissions are pending until verified, and overnight transfers remain reserved for review the following morning. Receipt screenshots are not required. cheekky will never request a PIN, OTP, password, CVV or bank-login details, and email updates are sent throughout.

10

How should crochet items be cared for?

Follow the care disclosure on the individual product page because open stitches and shaped pieces can need different handling. The approved guidance generally calls for gentle hand washing in cool water, no wringing and reshaping or drying flat where stated.

11

How can I contact cheekky?

cheekky currently uses the Custom & Group Orders form for custom requests and the waitlist form for catalogue interest. Order-specific help continues through the latest secure email or status link. There is no published walk-in shop, public phone-support line or customer-facing street address.
